NEW FOR 2024-2025 SEASON:

WE WILL HAVE ONE COMPETITIVE TEAM AND TWO EXHIBITION-ONLY TEAMS. 

 OUR NON-COMPETITIVE TEAMS, SPARKLES (AGES 5-6) AND FLASH (AGES 7+):

This is an exhibition only, non-competitive team program.

Cheer fundamentals are taught in a positive, non-competitive environment.  

Just like our gymnastics program, cheerleaders who wish to go on and compete one day will have the skills, experience and knowledge needed to be successful in the cheer world!

2024-2025 SEASON 

Cheer practices will begin the week of June 10th  - cheerleaders will dance, stunt and tumble (no routine work yet!). 

In August, we hold a three day cheer camp (mandatory for all cheerleaders, hosted at Momentum Sports and Play) to learn routine choreography while having fun bonding with new teammates!

COMPETITIVE TEAM 2024-2025

Information will be sent out to the priority waitlist and a mandatory parent meeting will be held prior to the season starting. Skill prerequisites must be met in order to be placed on this team.

2024-2025 Practice Schedule:

Sparkles (ages 5 - 6yr)
Thursdays 5:45pm to 6:45pm

Flash (ages 6 - 8yr)
Wednesdays 5:30pm to 6:45pm

​

Flare (ages 8+)

Wednesdays 6:30pm to 7:45pm (practices move to Friday afternoons when school starts in September!)

​

Competitive Team

Mondays 6:00pm to 7:30pm

*Will add second weekly practice on Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm when school starts in September.
