Our Recreational Gymnastics Program progresses from level 1 through level 4. We have level 1 classes for each age group - 5-6 year olds, 6-8 years olds, and 8 and up! As gymnasts progress, they are invited to move up to the next class level! Our highest level is PreComp, where gymnasts learn routines on each apparatus and prepare for mock meets!
RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
Momentum Ninjas is a tumbling-based parkour program with class options for ages 3 to 5 (Little Ninjas and Mighty Ninjas), and ages 6 and up! Our Ninja curriculum includes skills in multiple disciplines: parkour, tumbling, tricking, strength and heart (character). Ninjas move up through levels white, blue, red, purple, gray and black.
NINJA
Our cheer program has options for ages 5 and up! We have both exhibition cheerleading teams and a competitive team that perform at local competitions. The goal of our cheer program is to provide a fun cheer experience that focuses on the whole child and is specific to their age and development.
CHEERLEADING
We offer a variety of classes for Homeschoolers! STEAM and Learn and Play are our popular academic extracurriculars, and our Homeschool Ninja and gymnastics classes follow the same curriculum as our traditional classes, but also serve to connect homeschool families in our community. For the 2025-2026 school year, we are adding a Recreational Cheer Team for homeschoolers! As many of our staff homeschool our own kiddos, we are very passionate about our Homeschool offerings!

MOMENTUM SPORTS AND PLAY IS A FAMILY OWNED SMALL BUSINESS WITH A MISSION TO MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE LIFE OF EVERY CHILD WHO WALKS THROUGH OUR DOOR. OWNERS JOSH AND KATIE TERRA EACH HAVE OVER TWO DECADES OF EXPERIENCE IN THE GYMNASTICS, CHEERLEADING AND PARKOUR/TRICKING INDUSTRY. PRIOR TO OPENING MOMENTUM IN AUGUST OF 2020, JOSH WAS AN AEROSPACE ENGINEER AND KATIE WAS AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER. THEY NOW HAVE WHAT WE TRULY BELIEVE IS THE BEST STAFF IN THE ENTIRE WORLD! OUR TEACHERS AND STAFF CARE ABOUT WHAT YOUR KIDDOS ARE LEARNING IN CLASS, BUT THEY ALSO TRULY CARE ABOUT THEM AS PEOPLE. WE CAN'T WAIT TO WELCOME YOU TO THE MOMENTUM FAMILY!
